Will there be people on the ice to assist the children?
There will be ‘Helping Hand’ staff on the small ice to assist and supervise all the children.
Will the coffee shop be open during the party?
We do not guarantee that the coffee shop will be open to the public during the birthday party, however we are usually open during our normal public session times.
If an extra child turns up on the day that is not accounted for, can we pay the extra amount to increase the party number?
The party number may be increased upon arrival by one or two, however this is subject to catering approval and will be charged at $18.90 per child.
If not all the children turn up on the day, will you refund any unused vouchers?
No, we do not offer refunds on any unused vouchers so be sure of the confirmed number prior to making the party payment.
What about a child who has a food allergy or special dietary requirements?
Please notify us prior to the day of the party if you have a special dietary requirement, and we will endeavour to accommodate this as much as possible.
Will there be a table reserved for the party?
No, we do not reserve a table so please make sure you are on time in order to avoid missing out on a table. Please notify the coffee shop of where you will be sitting and what time you would like the food served.
Can we bring our own birthday cake?
Yes, you may. We ask that if you bring your own cake you also bring along your own paper plates, forks, etc.
