Will there be people on the ice to assist the children?
There will be ‘Helping Hand’ staff on the ice to assist and supervise all the children.
Will the coffee shop be open during the party?
During the birthday parties, the coffee shop facilities will be available. However, our full menu may not be available during the time we are preparing the birthday party food.
If an extra child turns up on the day that is not accounted for, can we pay the extra amount to increase the party number?
The party number may be increased upon arrival by one or two, however this is subject to catering approval and will be charged at $22.90 per child.
If not all the children turn up on the day, will you refund any unused wristbands?
No, we do not offer refunds on any unused wristbands so be sure of the confirmed number prior to making the party payment.
Are parents and brothers and sisters allowed to buy a wristband?
Any extra parents or friends who wish to skate can do so but need to pay the general admission and skate hire at the front office.
What happens after the party guests have finished the jugs of soft drink?
Extra jugs of soft drink can be purchased at the reduced cost of $6.00 per jug. Jugs of water can be requested at no extra cost.
What about a child who has a food allergy or special dietary requirements?
Please notify us prior to the day of the party if you have a special dietary requirement and we will endeavour to accommodate this as much as possible.
Can we bring our own birthday cake?
Yes, you may. We ask that if you bring your own cake you also bring along your own paper plates, forks, etc.
