• No pass-outs will be issued.
• No entry without paid admission.
• No drugs or alcohol.
• No smoking.
• Neat, casual dress.
• No abusive or foul language.
• No food or drink to be brought in to the Centre.
• Patrons must obey instructions given by IceArenA staff members.
• IceArenA reserves the right to refuse entry.
• IceArenA reserves the right to evict patrons who disobey the IceArenA staff or the above rules.
• Bag searches may be requested by Security.
• No refunds will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE: The IceArenA aims to provide a fun and safe environment for young people to enjoy themselves. Parents and guardians are always welcome to accompany their children.  Supervisory wrist bands are available on request.

Fridge Chillaz parties are available during our Friday or Saturday night Fridge Sessions
(7.30 pm – 11.00 pm) and are recommended for ages 13 years to adult.

Here’s what you get:

• Express Fridge Entry

• Reserved table
• Feature music & lighting
• Your choice of one of the following food options:
  • Option 1: Soft drink, Hot dog & Chips OR

Important Information

• The Bookings Office is open Monday to Friday 10.00 am – 4.30 pm.
• The Bookings Office can be contacted by telephone on 8352 7977 or via email –        bookings@icarena.com.au
• Parties must be confirmed and paid in full one week in advance.
• No refund is given for cancellation.
• Only food and drink purchased at the IceArenA is to be consumed in the Centre.
• Please advise your party guests to dress warmly in layered clothing, wear thin socks and bring gloves or mittens.
